Edna and Ronald Burgerson

Lone Star, TX

We are so very sorry to hear of your dad's passing. I was so fond of that wonderful man. I had no idea he had passed or I would have come to pay my respects. I admired him, because he knew my husband and I don't care how fast he needed to get out of the grocery store, he always would come to me and ask how Ron was doing, and I always asked about your mom until she passed. We had many nice conversations in Brookshire's, and I don't care when I went, he was there at the same time. It was like he was my angel, because he was always so caring. I missed him, but had no idea he was no longer going to be there. He seemed like he was in great health and talked about his fishing trips with one of the sons, he enjoyed them so very much. He was so nice and I will miss talking to him every week. I can't believe he was 82 years old, he certainly didn't look it or act it. Kathy, I think you renpmember Rony and I. I remember you as if it was yesterday, pretty, sweet girl. Your dad was something else and he always cared for Ron. I'm so sorry I won't get to see him again. He was very special and prayed for us. I wish I had known in time. My prayers are with you all.
