I loved Mark. Talking politics with him was so enjoyable. He knew his facts and was so smart. I am so fortunate to have spent time with him. Going to miss him when I am in Texas.

Every time I think of Mark, I see that little cotton head sitting on the bench at Lilley's Chapel with his little pint jar of water next to Ms. Addie.
I have been away so long that I was not aware that Mark had had cancer.
I keep up with the ones leaving this Earth by logging on to Nail-Haggard website.
Loyd felt that the "Allen Boys" were his brothers. From Doyle to Mark. May God Bless all of you,

A special man has now joined the angels in Heaven. Mark was a friend to all. He fought and won a battle with cancer in the last couple of years.
I will miss seeing him on the second row to the back at Jenkins Methodist church. He sat back so that he could easily leave to get to his lifetime church, Lillies Chapel.
Rest in peace, Mark, you will long be remembered. And peace and strength to Roxie and the family during this time.
